The Fueling Station

After years of wrestling with God, Pastor Donnell accepted the call to preach early in 2016. In May of 2016, Pastor Donnell heard the call of God that he was being raised as a preacher and pastor at the same time. Right before the Pandemic, God dropped a couple and a young man into a Zoom bible study.

As the study grew, Pastor Donnell and Lady Rae named it Thursday Fuel (The Fueling Station). As we lived through a challenging Pandemic, God continued to add to the study without any marketing. From this Study, three young people and one adult were saved and baptized in the swimming pool. Pastor Donnell and Lady Rae hosted Communion, one Zoom service per month, a Family Thanksgiving Service, and Christmas Service. Even though we were still living in a Pandemic, God gave the Pastor a word at the end of the year that we were pregnant and needed to get ready to push.

On January 31, 2021, Pastor Donnell preached a sermon on his birthday via Zoom that this is the year of the push. Just as a mother pushes, it is time for us to deliver what has been deposited. Pastor Donnell and Lady Rae held the official organizational meeting on February 18, 2021 with thirteen original members, along with church consultant Dee Morgan of D.E.E. Results. That night, those inaugural members prayed and accepted the invitation to take this journey as a new church and House of Worship was born.
